His career spans engineering consulting, facility design, incident investigation, and expert witness services involving upstream oil and gas operations.

Mr. Adams specializes in the forensic analysis of engineering failures, industrial accidents, equipment malfunctions, and operational incidents. He has been retained by attorneys, insurance carriers, and industrial clients to investigate complex engineering matters, determine root cause, evaluate compliance with applicable industry standards, and provide clear, technically sound opinions supported by engineering principles.
